(Gold Coast, Australia)—Coral Homes, one of the Gold Coast’s premier home builders, recently announced the addition of two brand new home designs to their range to coincide with the opening of their Yarrabilba display centre. Representing Coral Homes’ very latest in new home design and innovation for narrow lot living, the two homes are suitable for 12.5m and 14m lot widths. Prospective homeowners who would like to get a glimpse of the new homes are encouraged to call the Coral Homes team to set up a viewing appointment.
“Coral Homes has been building homes since 1990, and since then our goal has always been to provide maximum value to those who have decided to make the investment in a new home. Having truly considered the needs of homeowners living on narrow lot, our design team has come up with what we consider to be two of the best and most innovative home designs for those lot types. We know that families are going to be thrilled when they see how much space and versatility they’ll get with our cleverly-designed properties,” said Coral Homes’ National Marketing Manager, Glenn Kennedy.
The first of the two new designs showcased at the Yarrabilba display centre is the Grange 26, intone of a series of nine plans. This 240.06m2 (25.9sq) home has been carefully designed to fit on a 14m lot and is a true family home with 3 bedrooms and 4 separate living areas. The home features a fully-enclosed media room, a luxurious master suite, an open-plan family, dining, and kitchen area, and a casual outdoor living area.
The Capri 25, the second of the two new Coral Homes designs on display at Yarrabilba, features four bedrooms and an open plan living space that makes it suitable for growing families. The versatile design was created to fit on a narrow 12.5m lot without compromising on desirable features. The Capri Series will offer four new plans to homeowners.
Both display homes will also feature Milan and Retro facades, two new architecturally-inspired options available for the new Grange and Capri plans. The Designer list price for the Grange 26 is $167,700, and prospective homeowners can build the the Capri 25 for as little as $168,400.
“Our team could not be more excited to finally unveil these two new designs for homeowners to see. We are confident that homeowners will love what we have to offer and that they’ll find a design that suits their family’s needs. We look forward to showing off these new homes as we help homeowners make the best possible investment in their future and build the life of their dreams,” said Mr Kennedy.
